December

So, it's December the first. I don't really have anything to say, but that. NaNoWriMo came to an end, and I made it a little over half of 50,000. At least I tried, right? Anyhow, hope you enjoyed holiday cheer, and Merry Christmas! Oh, and my library is opening on the 20th, big yay there. I'm going to be helping with the grand opening as one of Santa's helpers.

    I remember when you first posted about your library closing...I'm so, so glad it's turned out the way it has, more than two years later.

    And 25,000+ is really quite good, imo. Do you think you will keep working on that story?

Now The Parties Over, But Don't Abandon Ship Just Yet

I don't know how many have been following my 365 photo challenge, but it is finito!  So does that mean the end of my blog? Nah.  I'll still be around, here are a few things you might be seeing in the near future. Instead of a daily photo, I hope to bring you the best photos of the week, month.  Anyway you look at it, there will be photos. Do you ever wonder what all those functions are for on your camera?  I've come across many people who don't know how to use their cameras beyond AUTO.  Thus I will be debuting "Stepping out of the Little Green Box".  Each post will focus on one feature, so you can learn without getting data overload.  I'll keep it interesting and short, because let's face it. In this day and age, we want out information short and sweet. Do you have any suggestions, questions?  Put a comment down below and I'll answer you.

The Tick of Death

Most of you have probably seen this: Well, one of our computers has a ticking noise from the hard drive's needle/reader thing coming loose or something.  Which means its a "pipebomb" in it own right.  So this last week I invested in a small compact external hard drive to store all my photos inside of.  And it's green! Isn't it pretty?
